These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Socialyx (the "Service"), operated by Arrow Development, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Socialyx is a social media management platform that lets you plan, schedule, publish and analyse content across connected social accounts (currently Facebook and Instagram, with more platforms planned), collaborate with clients, and use AI-assisted content tools.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account, you authorise Socialyx to act on your behalf to publish content and retrieve insights and messages for that account. You represent that you have the right to manage each account you connect and to publish the content you schedule. You can disconnect an account at any time.
You retain ownership of the content (captions, images, video) you upload. You grant Socialyx a limited licence to store, process and publish that content to the accounts you connect, solely to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring it complies with all applicable laws and the terms of each social platform.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
AI features produce suggested text based on the briefs you provide. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee its accuracy, originality or suitability, and you remain responsible for what you publish.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features that rely on third-party platforms (such as Meta's APIs) may change or be limited by those platforms. Scheduled publishing depends on those platforms' availability and policies.
Where the Service (or specific plans) is offered on a paid basis, applicable fees and billing terms will be presented to you before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will delete or anonymise your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arrow Development is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
